1978 Volkswagen Beetle Champagne II Edition

We were told from the seller they bought the VW from the original owner at a car show in Gatlinburg Tennessee for their daughter in college and brought it back to Georgia. Understand that was prior to 2012. Have the one service invoice showing new clutch was installed 04/2012. By March of 2014 the daughter had decided she wanted another car, so the parents sold the VW to my fiancee at that time. who lived in Stockbridge GA, at that time. They brought the car to her and she parked it in her garage (showing in a couple pictures). She only drove it enough around her naberhood to keep the battery charged as she was a caregiver at that time. In 2016 the car was moved to the Blue Ridge Mountains In NC. ( pictured on trailer), where it has been the last 10yr. Last long trip driven was to our VFW car show in Franklin NC about 70 miles round-trip. The original Belt on the Factory AC broke and never replaced it with another,(never used it here in the Mountains anyway). Compressor is not frozen!
