Featuring a rebuilt 350 CID V8, a 4-speed manual transmission, a heavy-duty Dana 60 rear axle, and a striking custom red tube chassis beneath a black fiberglass body, this CJ-7 is built to stand out from the crowd. With approximately 7,000 miles since its rebuild, an aggressive lifted stance, and an unmistakable custom appearance, this Jeep delivers the kind of personality and presence that makes every drive an event. Under the hood sits a rebuilt Chevrolet 350 CID V8, a legendary small-block powerplant estimated to produce between 350 and 400 horsepower. Known for its enormous aftermarket support, proven performance potential, and unmistakable V8 character, the 350 brings a serious dose of American muscle to this lightweight Jeep. Wrapped headers, aluminum valve covers, an electric cooling fan, and an upgraded ignition system add to the performance-oriented setup. Paired with a 4-speed manual transmission, this V8-powered CJ-7 puts the driver directly in control of its power, delivering an engaging driving experience with plenty of character. Power is sent through a rugged drivetrain featuring a Dana 60 rear axle equipped with 4.10 gearing. The heavy-duty axle and aggressive gearing complement the V8-powered configuration, while manual-locking front hubs provide added versatility when engaging four-wheel-drive capability. Whether you're exploring trails, navigating rough terrain, or enjoying the attention this custom Jeep attracts on the street, its combination of V8 muscle, manual shifting, and purpose-built hardware makes for an exciting package. The exterior is where this CJ-7 really separates itself from the ordinary. A black fiberglass body sits atop a custom-fabricated tube chassis finished in eye-catching red powder coating. The contrast between the dark body and vibrant chassis gives this Jeep a distinctive custom-built appearance, emphasizing its rugged mechanical character. The fiberglass body offers a different approach to traditional Jeep construction, while the exposed custom fabrication showcases the work that went into creating this unique machine. Up front, a custom tube bumper fitted with KC auxiliary driving lights reinforces the Jeep's trail-ready attitude. Diamond-plate corner guards and lower rocker trim add rugged styling, while the rock sliders and side steps contribute to its purposeful appearance. The lifted suspension provides an aggressive stance and room for the massive 35-inch Maxxis Bighorn radial tires, mounted on polished alloy wheels. These oversized tires give the CJ-7 the ground clearance and commanding presence expected from a serious off-road-inspired build. Inside, the cabin features black vinyl high-back bucket seats complemented by red seatbelts, tying the interior into the custom chassis theme. A custom center console adds a personalized touch, while under-dash accent lighting gives the cockpit additional character. The custom audio system, complete with amplifiers and a subwoofer, brings entertainment along for the ride. Together, these details create an interior that balances the straightforward nature of a classic Jeep with the personality of a custom-built machine. For open-air enjoyment, this CJ-7 includes a black canvas bikini top that provides overhead shade while preserving the open-cabin experience Jeep enthusiasts love. An included full vehicle cover adds another useful accessory for storage and protection when the Jeep is parked. Few vehicles capture the spirit of summer cruising quite like a classic CJ, and this custom example takes that experience to another level with its distinctive appearance and V8-powered personality.
