79 Olds Cutlass W30 Hurst Edition 1 Of 1,165 Produced ** Only 27,818 Orig Miles This 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Hurst/Olds W30 is a stunning survivor that captures a special moment in American muscle and luxury performance history. With just 27,818 original miles from new, this example stands out as an exceptionally well-preserved and highly collectible piece of late-70s Oldsmobile heritage. One of only 1,165 cars produced in the iconic white and gold paint scheme, this Hurst/Olds represents one of the most desirable configurations available. Approximately 75% of its paint remains original, giving it the rare survivor status that collectors seek, while still presenting beautifully overall. The interior is in mint condition, showing the kind of careful care and low use that makes this car such a time capsule. Under the hood sits the 350 cubic-inch high-output V8, part of the W30 package that delivered impressive performance for its time. Power is channeled through the legendary Hurst “Dual Gate” automatic shifter, one of the defining features of these special-edition models. The car also retains its factory air conditioning, which remains a desirable option for both comfort and collectibility. This Hurst Edition was loaded with features, including the full power group, gauge package, and sport wheels, blending performance, style, and convenience into one distinctive package. It retains all the correct details and options that make the W30 so special and remains an authentic and correct example with no major modifications. Overall, this 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Hurst/Olds W30 is a highly original, low-mile survivor that delivers both collectibility and nostalgia. With its iconic white-and-gold paint scheme, desirable performance equipment, and outstanding condition inside and out, this car is a must-see example of one of Oldsmobile's most legendary limited-production muscle cars.
