1979 Porsche 924

Thanks for taking a look at our classic Porsche. We can be reached by email or telephone at 336-852-5852. Additional photos can be seen on our website www.myautofocus.com. Due to the age, this vehicle pre-dates the standardized VIN instituted in 1981 and therefore does not have a Carfax report. 1979 Porsche 924 Indiana Red Metallic with tan leather interior 2.0L I4; 5 speed manual transmission A/C and removable roof panel This classic Porsche 924 was traded in here by a local, repeat customer. It is clean, updated, in good working order and comes with spares, accessories, a service manual, extra keys etc. It is a low mileage example originally from California with mostly original paint, and no rust issues. A 924 is not a fast car, especially compared to other Porsches, but it is definitely a neat car that's fun in it's own way. Plus buying a 924 is one of the most affordable ways to become a Porsche owner. This example runs and drives well and is up to date/ready for the next owner to enjoy. Our service in preparation for sale included an oil change, rear brake adjustment, one CV boot replaced, and repairs to/service of the air conditioning which now works great! Working a/c definitely adds to the enjoyment of a classic. Some updates include, H4 headlights, Bluetooth radio, 3D printed cupholder to replace the ashtray etc. Please contact us for more information, to schedule a time to come see the car or to get a shipping quote. Even with changes in used car market over the last few years, we have not changed our approach and still offer the best ones we can find, clean, up to date and ready to drive at fair price in today's market. We can arrange shipping for out of area buyers. The purchase process here is simple, efficient and can typically be completed in less than an hour. The majority of our buyers are in NC and VA. We handle the registration process for all local and some out state buyers. Auto Focus has a $599 documentation fee and collects for taxes & registration in most cases. We urge shoppers to be prepared to buy and take delivery - arrange a ride, have funds ready, bring your insurance details etc. We no longer offer financing, we do not take deposits, we don't hold cars and we don't offer storage. We highly recommend calling to confirm availability before driving any distance. For buyers who want a good car and a fast, Auto Focus is the place to come!
