Description
This 1980 Lincoln Continental Mark VI is a Cartier Designer Series coupe that features a two-tone Pewter exterior and interior as well as a Medium Pewter landau vinyl roof, and it shows 69k miles. Power is provided by a 5.8-liter V8 mated to a four-speed automatic transmission, and the exterior has hideaway headlights, fender vents, opera windows, and a rear simulated Continental kit. Inside, the cabin houses front power-adjustable Twin Comfort Lounge seats trimmed in leather along with woodgrain trim, cruise control, air conditioning, digital instrumentation, and a Quadrasonic stereo with an eight-track player. Acquired by the seller in 2023, this Continental Mark VI is now offered with manufacturer’s literature and a clean California title in the seller’s name. First launched in 1976, the Designer Series of Continentals included four models, each named after a notable fashion designer. Cartier models featured two tone Medium and Light Pewter Metallic paintwork, a Medium Pewter landau vinyl roof, red pinstripes, and Cartier-branded opera windows. This example has hideaway headlights, fender vents, a heated left-side mirror, and a rear simulated Continental kit. The pictured license plates will not accompany the car.
