Description
KEY FACTS This Porsche 911 SC Targa is an engaging and desirable classic air-cooled sports car, presented in a backdated F-model style. It is powered by a 3.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six, driving the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission. This original UK-market model was first registered in September 1980 and has been with the seller for two and a half years. The odometer indicates 114,331 miles, though this is not warranted. EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES This 911 SC Targa is finished in a bold shade of red over a black leather-trimmed interior. It rides on a set of 16-inch Fuchs alloy wheels finished in satin-black with anodised ‘petal’ spokes and lips, fitted with Toyo Proxes T1R tyres. Equipment includes a removable Targa roof panel, electric windows, and heater and ventilation controls. Externally, this 911 SC Targa has been tastefully ‘backdated’ to F-model styling, including an S-style front bumper, an RS-style rear bumper, F-model indicator and horn grille units, chrome headlight surrounds, a brushed metal targa roof bar, the removal of the side trims, F-model-style taillights, and an aftermarket engine cover grille. Additional modifications include a dished Momo steering wheel, a Blaupunkt CD stereo, and Blaupunkt speakers. Accompanied by a large collection of maintenance invoices, parts receipts, MOT certificates and old tax discs, as well as the V5C and three keys. CONDITION Please refer to the photo gallery to assess the exterior and interior condition. The most recent MOT test was on 29 July 2026 at an indicated 114,330 miles, which resulted in a first-time pass with no advisories. SERVICE HISTORY A large collection of maintenance invoices and parts invoices can be seen in the photo gallery.
