Vehicle Description 1981 Chevrolet C10 $33,000 "Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is thrilled to present this striking, custom-built Chevrolet C10 Silverado Squarebody. Striking a perfect balance between timeless nostalgic style and heavy-hitting modern upgrades, this classic truck is fully sorted and ready to turn heads at your local cruise-in-or dominate the audio scene. Sporting a beautiful two-tone olive green and cream paint scheme, a custom cowl induction hood, a sleek billet-style phantom grille, and a custom painted-to-match front bumper, this C10 commands attention before you even turn the key. The killer stance rests perfectly on oversized 5-spoke aftermarket wheels wrapped in low-profile performance tires. Under the cowl hood sits a massive upgrade: a powerhouse 6.0-liter LS EFI V8 engine proudly wearing a clean ""Vortec"" branded intake cover. Swapped cleanly into the engine bay alongside upgraded wiring and heavy-duty red plug wires, this modern fuel-injected mill delivers turn-key reliability, crisp throttle response, and the kind of modern horsepower these classic squarebodies deserve. Power is sent backward via a smooth-shifting 4L80e 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive, making highway cruising effortless. Maneuvering this custom pickup is an absolute breeze thanks to modern conveniences like power steering and power brakes. Step inside the completely transformed cabin, and you are greeted by an interior built for comfort and ultimate entertainment. The custom black upholstery features suede-style inserts on the seats, custom door panels, and a fully wrapped dashboard. A custom center console divides the cabin, hosting cup holders and seamlessly blending into a custom enclosure. A modern aftermarket steering wheel and a pillar-mounted gauge pod hint at the performance under the hood. While you can stay cool with modern air conditioning and easily navigate your playlists via the integrated Apple CarPlay head unit, the absolute showstopper of this build is its jaw-dropping, audiophile-grade sound system. The custom setup features massive, custom-fabricated DS18 Pro door panels packed with a trio of mid-range speakers and dual bullet tweeters on each side to handle the crisp highs. The real magic, however, is out back. Hidden beneath a sleek, flush-fitting black tonneau cover, the entire truck bed has been converted into a massive, custom-molded speaker enclosure. Complete with integrated amplifiers (including a Nemesis Audio amp), a Plexiglas viewing window to showcase the subwoofers, and an array of heavy-duty power wiring, the system is ported directly into the cab through a custom bulkhead tunnel. If you want a classic truck that hits hard on the street and even harder on the decibel meter, this LS-powered C10 is the ultimate party on wheels.
