1981 Porsche 911SC Coupe

This 1981 Porsche 911SC coupe was sold new in Germany before it was imported to the US by an American service member in 1986, and it was acquired by the current owner on BaT in February 2020 . Finished in metallic blue over blue Berber tweed cloth upholstery, the car is powered by a 3.0-liter flat-six that was modified with 964-specification camshafts under previous ownership. It has been further modified with a Classic Retrofit CDI+ digital CD ignition unit, a Dansk sport muffler, a front strut tower brace, a MOMO steering wheel, a short shifter, and a Continental Bluetooth head unit. Additional details include a five-speed manual transaxle, a factory limited-slip differential, Bilstein shocks, and 16″ Fuchs wheels. This 911SC is now offered on consignment by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner , with service records, an accident-free Carfax report, and a clean North Carolina title. The car was finished in Light Blue Metallic (30T) from the factory, and it was the subject of a respray circa 1990. The previous owner noted that the car was involved in a parking lot incident, and the fenders were rolled.
