Description
This 1985 GMC Sierra K25 3/4-ton pickup is powered by a 350ci small-block V-8 engine paired with a 700R4 automatic transmission and four-wheel drive. It is equipped with a 14-bolt rear end with 3.42 Positraction gearing. All driveline components were rebuilt during a two-year frame-off rotisserie restoration completed in 2026. The restoration utilized NOS GM components throughout, including original GM body panels that were retained and restored. The truck features a 2.5-inch Rough Country leveling kit, Warn locking hubs and a Dynomax exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. It is equipped with power steering and power brakes. The exterior was refinished in its original two-tone red colors using PPG basecoat/clearcoat paint. The bed interior was restored and painted to its original configuration. Additional exterior details include restored factory steel wheels finished in white, BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires, NOS K25 hubcaps, an NOS GMC grille and NOS bumper guards. Much of the exterior trim, stainless steel and chrome was replaced with NOS GM components. The interior was refurbished with new upholstery, carpeting, headliner, gauges, bezels and trim. Equipment includes power windows, power door locks, cruise control, a tilt steering column, clock, air conditioning, AM/FM stereo and dual fuel tanks. The power accessories, cruise control, air conditioning and interior and exterior lighting are reported to operate. The firewall was left unrestored to preserve its factory GM chalk marks. Originally from Arizona, the truck was reportedly rust-free when the restoration began. It received a Goodguys Squarebody Truck Award. The truck has 98,406 miles (Title reads exempt) , with 50 miles accumulated since restoration.
