1986 Chevrolet EL Camino Truck

The El Camino was Chevrolet’s answer to a simple idea: why choose between a comfortable car and a working truck when you could have both? From 1964 all the way through 1987, the El Camino carried that “car-truck” spirit, and by 1986 it was one of the last true American coupe-utilities still rolling off the line. Built on Chevy’s rear-wheel-drive G-body platform — the same family as the Monte Carlo and Malibu — this generation (1978-1987) blended classic muscle-car proportions with everyday usability. With 1987 being the final year ever produced, a clean 1986 like this one sits right at the tail end of a 20+ year legacy, and that near-last-of-the-line status is a big part of why collectors keep chasing them. This particular El Camino is a sharp, honest example wearing a handsome Tan exterior over a matching Tan interior — a timeless, factory-correct color combination that just works on this body style. Under the hood is the 5.0L (305 cubic inch) V8 with a 4-barrel carburetor, backed by a smooth automatic transmission. It’s the classic small-block Chevy formula: easy to live with, easy to maintain, and endlessly supported by the aftermarket.Only 31304 Miles Shown.5.0L V8 (4BBL) | Automatic Transmission | Tan Exterior / Tan InteriorStock# 11082AWe film using GoPros, DJI Osmo, Insta360, DJI Mavic Pro drone, and DJI microphones, producing clean, crisp, cinematic videos designed for car enthusiasts and out-of-state buyers looking to make informed purchases.
