Description
This 1986 Dodge Ram D350 Custom pickup was purchased new from Thompson Dodge in Baltimore, Maryland, by the late James G. Robinson, who in 1988 founded Morgan Creek Productions, known for producing the 1995 film Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls . Now showing 30k miles, the truck is finished in Graphic Red over red vinyl and powered by a 5.9-liter V8 linked to a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes a body-color toolbox, 16″ American Racing Outlaw II wheels, power steering, a cassette stereo, and air conditioning. This Ram D350 is offered by the seller on behalf of Robinson’s estate in Maryland with a manufacturer’s equipment label, an initial invoice, an owner’s manual, a Carfax report, and a Montana title. The truck is finished in Graphic Red and features a Ram hood ornament, chrome bumpers, black bodyside moldings, trailer mirrors, J-Mark running boards, a sliding rear window, a receiver hitch, and a Sweptline bed with a drop-in liner, a body-color toolbox, and side rails. A June 2024 entry on the Carfax report says that the truck hit an object and was involved in a front-end collision involving right-side and right-rear impact. Photographs of paint meter readings are provided in the gallery below, and the seller notes evidence of paintwork on the bedsides.
