Description
Designed and built by Pininfarina, the Alfa Romeo Spider is among the longest-running roadster designs in automotive history, and the Series 3 arrived for 1982 with new black rubber bumpers and a soft rubber rear spoiler. This 1987 Spider Veloce is finished in Stellar Blue Metallic over a tan leather interior and pairs a 2.0-liter twin-cam inline-four with a 5-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Originally a US-market car from the Washington, D.C. area, it later moved to Ontario and Montreal, and it is now being offered for auction at no reserve in Canada.
The Alfa Romeo 105/115 Spider's bodywork was designed and assembled by Pininfarina, and the Series 3 model debuted in 1982 with black rubber bumpers and a soft rubber spoiler mounted to the rear kammback. This Spider Veloce is finished in Stellar Blue Metallic, and equipment includes a front air dam, side vent windows, power mirrors, a center-mounted tailpipe, and silver 14" Campagnolo Daytona alloy wheels. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is trimmed in tan leather and features a black leather three-spoke steering wheel, black carpeted floor mats with red Alfa Romeo logos, power windows, air conditioning, a digital clock, and an Alfa Romeo-branded cassette stereo. The seller notes that the odometer and radio are not functioning.
