Vehicle Description 1987 Ford Mustang GT $12,987 1987 Ford Mustang GT Convertible, 5.0L V8, 5-Speed Manual, Cold A/C, Classic Foxbody! The Foxbody Mustang has become one of the most sought-after American performance cars of the 1980s, and this 1987 Ford Mustang GT Convertible captures everything enthusiasts love about them. Powered by the legendary 5.0L High Output V8 paired with a 5-speed manual transmission featuring a new clutch, this Mustang delivers the unmistakable sound, feel, and driving experience that made these cars famous. If you're looking for that iconic Vanilla Ice era Mustang, this is exactly the style that defined a generation. Finished in White over a Gray Leather Interior, this GT has the classic color combination that never goes out of style. The interior presents nicely for its age with comfortable leather seating, while the power convertible top allows you to enjoy open-air cruising whenever the weather is right. Best of all, the air conditioning blows cold, making this Foxbody enjoyable even during the summer months. Mechanically, the car is a smooth-running, good-driving Mustang that starts easily, shifts well, and offers the engaging driving experience only a 5-speed Foxbody can provide. Whether you're looking for a fun weekend cruiser, a local car show participant, or an affordable entry into the rapidly appreciating Foxbody market, this Mustang checks a lot of boxes. In the interest of complete transparency, there are two areas that should be noted. The floor pans are in poor condition, the result of the car having spent time in covered storage over grass, and the rear power windows are currently inoperative. The exterior paint is best described as driver quality, presenting well enough to enjoy while leaving room for the next owner to improve it if desired. Overall, this is an honest, enjoyable Foxbody Mustang that offers the legendary 5.0L V8 performance, a manual transmission, cold A/C, and classic 1980s styling at an approachable price. These cars continue to gain popularity, making this a great opportunity to own one of Ford's most iconic performance cars.
