This is a nicely documented SL with extensive recent reconditioning. The car comes with all the documents shown in the listing including a top caddy, handbooks and tools. This SL will be sold as-is with no warranty implied or otherwise. The car is stored in Burlingame CA, 5 minutes south of SFO. In the case of an out of state buyer, I can keep the car safe until pickup by the new owner’s trucking contact. Bidders should refresh their browsers regularly during the last minutes of the auction to insure they see the most recent bids. And for those new to the bidding process, it’s important to know that any bid placed within the last 2 minutes of the auction resets the auction clock to 2 minutes. The car is finished in perhaps the era's most popular color/trim combination of 702 smoke silver with `274 palomino interior. These colors are complemented with the brown soft top. The car presents itself beautifully and comes with handbooks, 2 keys, its original tool roll, a top caddy, and trickle charger. This SL was cost-no-object refurbished in 2023 with about $17k spent on all the typical 560SL loose ends. The items listed in the repair orders I scanned are what I typically need to address on most 560SLs that arrive at my dealership.
