1987 Suzuki Samurai JX Hardtop 5-Speed

This 1987 Suzuki Samurai JX hardtop was refurbished under previous ownership before the current owner’s acquisition on BaT in September 2025 . Finished in Iceland Blue Metallic over black cloth, it is powered by a 1,324cc inline-four linked to a five-speed transmission and a two-speed transfer case. Equipment includes a Weber carburetor, manually locking front hubs, KYB dampers, front disc brakes, 15″ steel wheels, Corbeau bucket seats, air conditioning, crank windows, and a cassette stereo. Work performed under current ownership included repairing vacuum leaks, flushing the brake fluid, and replacing the carburetor, valve cover gasket, shocks, and various suspension bushings. This Samurai shows 45k miles and is offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner with an owner’s manual, service records, a Carfax report, and a clean Wisconsin title in the owner’s name. The body was refinished during the refurbishment in Iceland Blue Metallic with contrasting Samurai-branded side stripes. Exterior details include dual side mirrors, black rocker trim and bumpers, and front and rear mud flaps. The Carfax report indicates that damage to the front of the vehicle resulted from an incident in May 1992. The left front fender flare was repainted in 2026 after it fell off the vehicle.
