Rare color and looks like it's in fantastic condition. If I were in the market for a 107, I'd be all over this. Good luck to the seller!December 13th, 2023 at 4:12pm EST$10,000 bid placed by @Trinity1December 13th, 2023 at 4:10pm EST$9,000 bid placed by @355michaelDecember 13th, 2023 at 4:05pm EST$7,700 bid placed by @Stephen560December 13th, 2023 at 3:54pm EST$7,450 bid placed by @355michaelDecember 13th, 2023 at 2:49pm ESTFwalker3 (3) Seller 1@BlueDevilBill , Thank you for your question regarding the 1988 560SL AC. Yes, I have two quotes for $1k to replace the compressor. When the inoperability was first noticed in 2016, I got a quote for installing new compressor for $1K from a Mercedes specialist. I opted not to install it as I almost always use the 560SL as a convertible and have no need for AC. I got a second quote in July 2023 as I prepped the car for sale. Same $1k quote from a separate Mercedes specialist. I hope this answers your question thoroughly.
