Representing the later evolution of Porsche’s celebrated Carrera 3.2, the 1988 model benefits from the desirable G50 5-speed manual transaxle introduced the previous year, paired here with the air-cooled 3.2-liter flat-six and classic removable Targa roof. This 1988 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa is finished in Black over Champagne Special Leather and remained with its original owner until 1996 before being acquired by its previous long-term caretaker. Accompanied by its original window sticker and owner’s manuals, it retains a largely factory presentation and is equipped with 16” Fuchs wheels, power-adjustable front seats, cruise control, air conditioning, and a Blaupunkt cassette stereo. Showing approximately 53k miles, this Carrera Targa has benefited from extensive recent servicing addressing the braking system, air conditioning, suspension, tires, and other components, and is now being offered for auction in Tennessee.
