1989 Ford F-150

DescriptionCool Classic Rides, Dealer #DA8690 is excited to offer another classic with this 1989 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat. This is a four wheel drive, super cab short bed which is a pretty rare combination. We don’t find many short beds out there. When we bought this truck, it was in the primer stage so we finished the primer and gave it a coat of Ford Blue Metallic and it is gorgeous. The metallic really shows in the sunlight. It has brand new pin striping and the body is in excellent shape everywhere you look. It has nice chrome wheels and good tires. We even replaced the lower moulding and it looks great. Inside, the upholstery is completely original, as are the door panels, carpet and headliner. This interior is in beautiful shape. The previous owner clearly took care of it. The bed is in excellent shape and we put in a spray in bed liner. Powered by a 5.8 Liter (353) and automatic transmission, this truck runs and drives great. Powered windows and door locks work well. This is an AC truck (we do not work on AC’s) and it will likely need serviced. It has dual tanks but we do not check secondary tanks, we only run off of one tank. The original stereo works too. This is a beautiful truck in amazing shape. Give us a call because these Eighties trucks do not last long. WE WILL ARRANGE AND PAY FOR SHIPPING ON ALL FULL PRICED VEHICLES IN THE LOWER 48, some exclusions apply. Some restrictions may apply. We always highly recommend a professional inspection, or a private viewing before any purchase. Make sure you know exactly what you are buying. We do not sell show cars, we sell nice daily drivers, made to get out on the open road. These vehicles do not drive like brand new vehicles, because they are not brand new. They will often be bumpy, noisy and in some cases, just plain rough but that is what happens when you buy a classic ride and if that does not sound like something you want, we encourage you to shop elsewhere. All of our descriptions are the personal opinions of Cool Classic Rides. Note that the mileage listed is considered either over mechanical limits or exempt status, not actual mileage unless otherwise noted.
