1989 Isuzu Pickup Minitruck

Vehicle Description 1989 Isuzu Pickup $18,995 Although the minitruck culture has faded a bit over the past 20 years, it's great to see examples like this still keeping the scene alive. This 1989 Isuzu Pickup Minitruck Long Bed shows exactly why these trucks became so popular in the first place. The red and gray color combination is dialed in perfectly, giving it a clean, coordinated look that still turns heads. The lowered stance sits just right on gray-matched 20-inch wheels, while the rear roll pan and double dual exhaust tips give the back end a tough, aggressive presence. The front end, roof, and bed are finished with gray cloth covering, and the bed features a hydraulic-lift setup that adds both function and show appeal. Inside, the semi-custom interior is clean, comfortable, and well thought out. Gray leather bucket seats with red piping set the tone, complemented by gray door panels that are in good shape and a gray dashboard with no damage. The original-style gauge cluster is clear and easy to read. Matching gray carpets and a clean headliner tie the theme together nicely. An aftermarket Grant wood-style steering wheel pairs perfectly with the matching wood-style shift knob, adding a classy custom touch. Overall, it's a cool, comfortable interior that makes you feel right at home in a well-built minitruck. Under the hood, the engine bay is tidy and houses what appears to be a stock 2.3-liter inline-4 cylinder engine. It's mated to a 5-speed manual transmission that sends power to a stock Isuzu rear axle. The suspension remains largely stock aside from the lowering kit that gives this truck its aggressive stance. Sitting at all four corners are 20-inch Verde wheels wrapped in 225/30ZR20 tires. Stopping power comes from power front disc brakes with rear power drums. For sound, a single exhaust splits into a dual setup and flows through MagnaFlow mufflers before exiting through double dual chrome tips.
