A lot of money was spent on the vehicle to make it a very reliable commuter including drivetrain, engine and transmission work and everything peripheral works such as cruise control, A/C, Windows, Door Locks etc. The car has 168,000 Miles and NOT 102,000 Miles. It starts every morning, can be a bit hard started if extremely cold but warms up quickly. The car has hands free Bluetooth stereo and integrated phone. It connects to your phone and the microphone is currently placed directly in front of the driver at the base of the dash board but can be moved to your pleasure. Handsfree dialing, handsfree talking, handsfree incoming calls. Reliable, the 2.6 (same one found in the 190 E) is economical and has sufficient power. This is a lot of car for little money and has 100,000’s miles to go on it. Perfect for running errands as you do not need to park it far away to fear door dings, the interior is immaculate and no tears in the MB Tex or Dash Board with the exception of the armrest that needs to be reset and recovered if you want it perfect. A customer two drink holder has been installed. The center wood shows wear. Whoever gets it will have a fun car to zip around in or a great first safe car for a teenager or someone who wants to learn about these classics and get into them or just a great commuter to and from with Ice Cold Air Conditioning. Smaller engine, taxi color combo, and invincible MB-Tex. The 2.6 M103 is turbine smooth and has really good power and is robust. I love the story this car tells in its patina so so much. This is such a good entry point for someone who wants to dip their toe into classic Mercedes. Cars like this is how you attract a young enthusiast which will 100% indoctrinate them to fall in love with classic Benzs. Probably has many more years of life left in her. I love these W124s because they do last a long time. The description lists headlight wipers and fog lamps, but I don’t see those in the pictures.
