There was one mention of the potential of a head gasket leak roughly a decade ago but it ended up being a leak from a different location and it was repaired. I did not see any recommendations or work done to the rear suspension either, however it drives great so I can't imagine there are any issues there. I will try to get it up in the air and get photos before the end of the auction tomorrow but I can't guarantee I'll have time. While I was going through the records, I took several photos of the more substantial service records over the years. I'll have them uploaded shortly once I cover up the owners personal information. I’ll get some better photos of the spheres you’re referencing tomorrow and will go through the service records regarding the head gasket. Regarding the other questions, I can confidently say that yes, everything works as it should… locks, AC, windows, radio, power seats, lights, etc. I will be uploading a walkaround video that I took today to YouTube and have @thembmarket upload it to the listing asap. Fortunately for you guys, one of our guys (born after power antennas were a thing) ;) forgot to lower the antenna before taking it through our car wash. The mast snapped off so I have a complete new antenna (not just the mast, but the entire assembly) on order and will have it installed tomorrow. I mention it in the video and zoom in on it to show what happened. Thanks much! Truly impressive that the fragile rear door armrest speaker grills remain in place, and the muffler is OEM black (most replacements are silver and stick out like a sore thumb and/or are mounted too low)! My family had 300TE like this. It was the worst MB we ever owned lol, but maybe because as a young family, we used it a lot!
