I don't have any records of the timing chain being repaired. We had a mechanic check prior to listing the vehicle for sale and he did not suggest that and said it was not necessary. It is in great running condition and we welcome any inspections prior to bidding. Please let me know if I can assist you further and good luck bidding.August 27th, 2025 at 5:03pm ESTphcook (0) 0Has the timing chain been repaired post 60K miles?August 27th, 2025 at 4:17pm EST$11,750 bid placed by @phcookAugust 27th, 2025 at 1:47pm EST$11,500 bid placed by @TrustAugust 27th, 2025 at 1:16pm ESTthembmarket (691) 0A driving video has been added to the listing. The A/C has been converted to R134. August 21st, 2025 at 4:47pm ESTsasdwe (0) 0Wow! That's a beauty! The narrative didn't mention the heated seats, but I see the buttons in the console. Do the seat heaters work? Has the A/C been converted to R134a refrigerant? Good luck with the sale!August 20th, 2025 at 10:04pm EST$10,500 bid placed by @Bider7August 20th, 2025 at 6:41pm EST$6,500 bid placed by @GrandpaGMANAugust 20th, 2025 at 6:39pm EST$5,500 bid placed by @MarkoAugust 20th, 2025 at 6:05pm EST$5,000 bid placed by @GrandpaGMANAugust 20th, 2025 at 2:56pm ESTsoldbydon (4) 0Looks great! I have a similar one, and did exactly what this owner did: Replaced the dated bundt-style wheels with the later R129 style wheels. A simple but attractive upgrade. These R107 cars are exceptionally reliable; I own over a dozen M-B's from 1959 up, and the 560SL is driven more often than any of the others. GLWTA!August 20th, 2025 at 2:15pm ESTEMPIRE (2) Seller 0Hello @mayart, The A/C functions properly and works as it should. The dash is a cover. Please let me know if you have any questions and I’ll be glad to answer. August 20th, 2025 at 12:31pm ESTmayart (3) 0@seller I have 2 questions...Is the AC blowing nice cold air from all the vents when the appropriate buttons are pressed? Is the original dash top covered with a plastic cap or is that the original dash top that's twisted/warped around the top vents?
