1990 Ford C8000 Custom Camper Rig with 1996 Damon Hornet Travel Trailer

Hall Pass Classic Cars offers this unique camping rig featuring a 1990 Ford C8000 commercial truck paired with a 1996 Damon Hornet 26-foot travel trailer. Originally a fire truck, the C8000 was converted into a custom hauler with a fabricated rear bed, gooseneck hitch, and refreshed green and white exterior.

Power comes from a 10.4-liter Caterpillar turbodiesel V8 paired with an Allison four-speed automatic transmission. Features include air brakes, dual rear wheels, polished 22.5-inch wheels, air horns, spotlights, diamond-plate storage compartments, rear-facing passenger seats, and a roof-mounted cab air conditioner. The six-digit odometer displays approximately 34,000 miles. The driver’s seat upholstery has a tear.

The Damon Hornet trailer features tandem axles, a retractable awning, roof-mounted air conditioning, leveling jacks, and polished 16-inch wheels. Its refreshed interior includes woodgrain flooring, wood cabinetry, laminate countertops, and Venetian blinds.

Amenities include a kitchenette with a sink, three-burner cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave; a dedicated sleeping area with two nightstands; and an enclosed bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink. An Audiovox cassette sound system is also fitted.
