1990 Mercedes-Benz 250GD Wolf

This 1990 Mercedes-Benz 250GD Wolf is a former Bundeswehr vehicle that was imported to the US in 2016 before it was refurbished in green. The truck was then sold on BaT in May 2017 before it was acquired by the selling dealer on BaT in April 2025 , after which approximately $12k of work was performed that included the fabrication of a replacement soft top and frame, replacing the batteries, shut-off valve, intake manifold gasket, V-belt, front brake hardware, tie-rod ends, and front drag link, and installation of G500-sourced 18″ five-spoke wheels. Powered by a 2.5-liter diesel inline-five linked with a four-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and front and rear locking differentials, the truck features Bilstein shocks, an intake snorkel, black Recaro bucket seats, and a Blaupunkt CD stereo. This W461 250GD shows 95k kilometers (~60k miles) and is now offered by the selling dealer in Illinois with removed parts, a clean Carfax report, and a New York title. The body was refinished in the current shade of satin green after it was imported to the US, and a replacement black soft top and frame were fabricated and installed in 2026. Exterior details include an intake snorkel, fender-mounted front turn signals, rubber side moldings, LED driving lights, diamond-plate front fender trim, and a rear jerry can holder.
