I didn't replace it since the windshield is original with Mercedes-Benz sticker on it. I did notice in photo #37 that it appears that there is a crack in the windshield. Is this just a flaw in the photograph? I didn't see it in other pics. Seeing one with much lower miles and on this website has piqued my attention! Looking forward to seeing what this will sell for. Mine has 280k miles and unfortunately has a rebuilt title. However, it’s one helluva clean car. Frankly, I was not aware of its value until I further educated myself on this site. The car is in pristine condition and has been truly pampered its entire life. The 30+ years of maintenance records kept chronologically in a binder are a testament to its care. This goes against MB market policy of not listing anywhere else while the auction is active here. The list price is (as of2/26/23)/was (if the listing is now taken down) ~$8200.00 Presumably this is what the seller thought was a fair asking price. Buyer beware. I saw the car listed here first and predicted the final bid would be upwards of $15,000 (just intuition of watching the auctions on this site). That is nearly twice as much as what he's asking on CL. I did message the seller on here to ask if it is indeed the same car and did not hear back. I later emailed his ad on CL and did not hear back.
