I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up, but I haven’t received any confirmation or communication regarding pickup or next steps in well over a week. Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop really appreciate all the interest and support. April 18th, 2025 at 3:13pm ESTStan_Lution (19) Seller 0@mknmike Thank you. On Sunday I sent you a message on instagram. Here’s my email address [email protected]. April 18th, 2025 at 2:44pm ESTmknmike (3) 0Congrats on the sale. Want to talk about that dual mass flywheel now? Thanks! mknMike April 15th, 2025 at 8:44pm ESTStan_Lution (19) Seller 0@Benz500 Congratulations, good to see you pumped! I hope it brings you many years of joyful ownership and smiles. You should be receiving an email from MBMarket shortly with my contact information. Talk to you soon!April 15th, 2025 at 6:13pm ESTFrankBarrett (8) 1Very cool, and seems well built. Had an '86 300TE and a '95 E320 wagon; both hit 300,000 miles and were sold to family members. The '86 would do almost 140 mph, but the '95 was governed. Wish I had done this transmission swap to the '95. Enjoy!April 15th, 2025 at 5:10pm ESTStan_Lution (19) Seller 1@th_boone So true-I really love this wagon and will own another someday. But I recently received new work orders and just couldn't bring myself to put another 20,000+ miles yearly on it driving up and down the Florida interstate in rush hour. It deserves better!April 15th, 2025 at 4:35pm ESTth_boone (16) 1Great wagon. Love seeing one with real driven (6-figure) mileage getting some well deserved love at auction. The A/C blows cold both front and rear. Picture 131 is from June 2023 when I had the system converted to R134A—it’s been excellent ever since. Cruise control is fully functional and I use it regularly. I do have the original Gullideckel wheels, but they’ll need new tires. If the winning bidder is interested in them, I’m sure we can work out a deal.April 13th, 2025 at 7:54am ESTStan_Lution (19) Seller 1@mknmike I do still have the original dual-mass flywheel, but I’m holding onto all the old parts until the auction ends.April 13th, 2025 at 12:53am ESTReallygoodband (0) 0Hello, How is the AC? How is the AC in the rear? (Could be driving it home). Does it have functioning cruise control? Will the original wheels be included in the sale? Thank you. -ChrisApril 11th, 2025 at 1:22pm ESTmknmike (3) 0Oh. How is the first gear take off with the original 2.65 diff? Or was that swapped. RPMs must be real low at highway speeds. Right? Someone had recommended maybe getting a higher diff ratio (and then speedometer too) from a 260e. I haven’t grabbed one of those (yet). If it’s plenty quick and highway revs are ok in OD, than I’d just keep the stock diff for simplicity.April 11th, 2025 at 1:19pm ESTmknmike (3) 1@Stan_Lution Thank you. Do you still have the dual mass? For sale? I don’t use instagram much, but am @mercwheels April 10th, 2025 at 1:58pm ESTStan_Lution (19) Seller 0@mknmike Thanks! I appreciate the kind words. The transmission, flywheel, and driveshaft originally came from a 300D parts that were shipped to me from Canada. The flywheel was upgraded to a single-mass setup from Kangaroo’s Team. Originally, it was a dual-mass. If you ever need help with your swap or want to chat more about it, feel free to reach out. You can message me on Instagram: @stanlution. April 10th, 2025 at 1:33pm ESTmknmike (3) 1I wonder what the transmission, flywheel and drive shaft came from. I’ve got a 190e 5-speed sitting on the passenger floor of my white w palomino 1992 300te. I think I’d have to take the flywheel from my 1986 300sel 5-speed to be able to put the package together with the 260e drive shaft and w201 pedals. There’s always more work than expected. So kudos to the seller for making one of my dreams happen.April 9th, 2025 at 12:33pm EST300GWRO (25) 0@seller; thank youApril 9th, 2025 at 10:20am ESTStan_Lution (19) Seller 0@300GWRO Here’s a link to the installation instructions if you’d like to check out the details: https://w124performance.com/docs/mb/wheels/AMG_124_wheel_installation/wheel_install_16x7.5_ET37.pdfApril 8th, 2025 at 7:48pm EST$8,000 bid placed by @JoshApril 8th, 2025 at 7:39pm EST300GWRO (25) 0Yes, what I had envisioned…..a subtle “flare” w/o metal fabrication.
