1993 Jaguar XJS Convertible "4.0"

Description 1993 JAGUAR XJS CONVERTIBLE #SAJNW4749PC187740. (Stock #4478.) Introduced in 1975, the XJS was the worthy successor to the fabulous XKE, built from 1961 through 1974. The fabulous XJS cars were improved each year and were built for 21 years, with production ending in 1996. Our car was delivered new on April 30, 1993,by Main Auto Sales, the Jaguar dealership in Madison, NJ, to the car’s only owner–a couple in neighboring New Vernon. The car is finished in rare and beautiful Morocco Red Pearl with tan convertible top, Barley leather and beautiful polished walnut facia and cabin trim. The owners wintered at their home in Vero Beach, Florida, so the Jaguar was able to spend its winters in its warm and comfortable garage in New Vernon, avoiding the messy roads and winter weather of NJ. The car has remained 100% original without ever needing any paintwork . It is accompanied by all of its original manuals, service records, its original bill of sale and the original window sticker (showing a purchase price of $57,910 –in 1993 dollars.) These fabulous convertibles are quick (145 mile per hour top speed), sporty, luxurious, comfortable and absolutely beautiful. Ours is a rare find in amazing condition, extraordunarily beautiful colors and with a fabulous provenance. 42,138 miles. $32,000.
