RESET SYSTEM AND TEST DRIVE VEHICLE TO VERIFY REPAIR." In response to your note I looked at the photos of the ashtray, and they do show what looks like a heat burn. So I would guess it's more likely than not that someone smoked in the car. I live 1000 miles away from where the car is garaged so I can't examine this in person. I'm not a smoker, and I am positive no one has smoked in the car for as long as I've owned it for the past six years. There is no smoke/cigarette/cigar odor in the car.
