These big V12 coupes need to be experienced by any true Mercedes collector at one point in their lifetime and this one is very collectable and useable. The history of care, keys, solid VMI and long-term one-owner/use history are a major value. Also, the lack of broken/worn items are absent on this example and let me say as a three-M120 owner those little items are harder and harder to fix, so pay well up-front for a complete package. October 9th, 2023 at 2:59pm ESTStathios (45) Seller 0Hello everyone, As we are now in the final two hours of the auction, I would like to conclude with highlights of this car: - One owner - Low mileage - All original with paint meter readings - Data card/LastVin/VMI confirmed color combo and spec - We believe this car to be a true one of one color combo for all W140 V12 Coupes - Full dealer service history from the original dealer at which is was purchased - Upper engine, lower engine, and both throttle body wiring harnesses replaced at the dealer with non-biodegradable units - Rust/rot free - All original books, stamped service booklet, and two original big infrared keys - Everything is working as seen in the detailed video (most notably the seatbelt delivery system, soft close system, motorized interior mirror, and infrared locking systems) - Michelin premier tires with 2021 date codes - Service this year in preparation for the sale includes: all fluids/filters, shifter bushings, new battery, and BECKER head unit being rebuilt by BECKER AutoSound in New Jersey with a Bluetooth retrofit that does not eliminate any other functions. Even the cassette deck works as seen in the video. The Bluetooth instructions photographed are included. - Never used original floor mats placed in the car only for the photographs With the level of pedigree stated above, this car is the definition of collectible and investment grade. It is not often a car like this comes to market, especially when it has had just one owner since new. As aforementioned, with the only notable imperfection being the scratch on the hood, we are willing to repaint the hood at no charge upon successful sale. We only had not done so as to preserve originality and let the new owner decide how they would prefer the car.
