The car was used when an out of country family periodically visited their property in Burlingame, CA. Thankfully I have a network that knows I'm looking for certain cars and I was tipped when it went to the detail shop I use here. I'm not familiar with DOT codes prior to 2000 but tires certainly could be original and of course need to be replaced. Lo
