I would assume about US$3K to get it to the US (East Coast) and prolly another $2K to get it through import [although since it is a) a Mercedes and b) over 25 years old it should be simple enough]. As someone who is looking for a 500E/E500 this was kind of a cool alternative, and much more rare.
