Description
KEY FACTS This Kawasaki ZXR750RR is a highly specified and reportedly extensively restored factory race bike, featuring a works engine and an impressive selection of period competition components. It is powered by a 750cc inline-four works engine with gear-driven camshafts, which the seller states was formerly campaigned by Robbie Sylvester and Simon Beck at the Isle of Man TT and was previously associated with Chris Walker. The bike was acquired by the seller from The Bike Specialist around eight years ago and has not been used during their custodianship. It is an unregistered competition motorcycle and is not suitable for use on public roads. EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES This ZXR750RR has reportedly been extensively restored and prepared to factory race-bike specification, with numerous competition components and titanium fasteners used throughout. The 750cc works engine features gear-driven camshafts and a factory clutch cable conversion. Its cooling and induction specification includes a kit radiator, a kit oil breather expansion system, Roose Motorsport silicone hoses, a kit airbox, and carbon-fibre ram-air scoops. The bike features a kit wiring loom, race dashboard mounts with lock stops, and a quick-action throttle. The chassis is equipped with Öhlins suspension and an Öhlins steering damper. Braking is handled by AP Racing narrow-track Superbike discs, AP Racing six-piston Superbike callipers, an AP Racing master cylinder, and a bikini brake-fluid reservoir. It rides on Dymag alloy wheels with a Dymag sprocket carrier, complemented by a 520 chain and Renthal sprockets. Further competition equipment includes Renthal clip-ons, rearsets configured with a race-shift pattern, race fairings and seat unit, and a full Micron race exhaust system. It is reportedly accompanied by a NOVA letter and 291 photographs documenting the restoration process. CONDITION Please refer to the photo gallery to assess the exterior condition.
