Great performance, nimble, distinctive, useful--it had it all. A V8 in a small-ish Estate was the coolest idea ever. The monoblocs compliment the car so well and the interior is so well appointed. There are a couple in Europe that are currently for sale, but they aren’t as nice as this one! And it would be a big deal to get one over here…close to $5K between shipping, duties, and fees alone.😖 So, Being US registrable, it being from Canada, is a big deal. I have a ‘93 600SL that was also Canadian, and it’s the best of both worlds…better tuned and unique. I doubt there are other more than one or two c43 wagons in the US, so its uniqueness is valuable. I give estimates based on market and condition on various sites, and to my clients. I really like this car, and if I had room I’d be on it big time. I have it at $37,500, but it could go higher if bidders get frisky…let’s see what happens.!
