For example the code for “high end audio” in older MB’s was then shared with the option code for Bose audio, which has now been replaced by Burmester audio. So the data card can indicate Burmester audio on a vehicle built decades before that was actually an option. I believe same thing is happening here, at some point in more recent years Mercedes changed the name from Sunburst to Yellowstone so any car with 685 color code now comes back as Yellowstone, including my 98.
