The New Edge Mustang GT arrived for 1999 with sharper, more angular styling that replaced the rounded SN95 body and gave the car a more aggressive presence while retaining the proven 4.6L 2V V8 and live rear axle that had defined the platform since 1994. At 260 horsepower, the GT occupied a strong position in the affordable V8 rear-wheel-drive segment, and the convertible body style paired that powertrain with open-air motoring at a price point that kept the Mustang accessible.

This Mustang GT Convertible is finished in Silver Metallic over a two-tone gray cloth interior and is equipped with a factory 5-speed manual transmission. A replacement convertible top has been installed, and condition reportedly remains unmodified with the exception of the 18-inch aftermarket wheels styled in the SVT Cobra pattern.

Acquired by the seller in May 2026, this example is said to have received a recent air conditioning system service, with additional servicing under previous ownership highlighted below.
