Check out this sharp 1 of a kind original unrestored very solid rust free 1-owner for over 25 year's 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4-Door Conversion with only 24K original miles & has fantastic ownership history! What makes this Wrangler unlike virtually any other TJ on the road is its professionally executed four-door conversion by Tennessee Custom Cars. Completed when the Jeep had fewer than 1,000 miles, the conversion predates the factory four-door Wrangler by several years and shows to be built to such a high standard that many people assume it was factory produced. This isn't just a custom Jeep it's a piece of automotive history! Now as to it's pedigree....the original owner was none other than Thomas DuPont, founder of the DuPont Registry. He purchased the Jeep new and with fewer than 1,000 miles on the odometer, commissioned Tennessee Custom Cars to transform it into a four-door Wrangler years before Jeep engineers ever envisioned the JK Unlimited. We spoke directly with Mr. DuPont, & confirmed the Jeep's history and he shared that it spent much of its life at his home in Nantucket. After remaining in his ownership for more than two and a half decades he decided it was time to part with it!. It's hard to imagine a cooler backstory for one of the most unique TJ Wranglers we've encountered! The CARFAX lists this as a 1-owner & report is perfect and title is clear! This has been a light use EZ life rig & not a swamp buggy it is in fantastic original condtion! It is finished in dark green metallic over ultra nice Sahara pkg green seats with matching rear Captins Chairs and rear 3rd row seat! The fuel injected H.O 4.0L liter inline-six is paired with 4-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case The 4.0L liter inline runs excellent, Equipment also includes a nice saddle tan soft-top that looks great with nice clear windows thru-out, nice carpets, cold a/c & hot heat, factory fog lamps, factory leather wrapped steering wheel with tilt & cruise, power streering, power brakes, dual sound bars with factory AM/FM-CD stereo, center console with cupholders, all jack & tools are in place.
