My only hesitation was that i reside in S Florida, and when adding the additional costs it was borderline. I would never had guessed that others were not waiting to bid at the auction end! That comment usually comes when you lowered the reserve to a current bid. I’m hopeful that @TEENY gets the car, as she (I’m assuming she) would look fabulous in it, even though I don’t have a clue as to who that is. I've never seen such stupidity, especially on a driver quality car. It is a beauty and very well maintained, but the reality is , it is not quite the pedigree to be a collector example. Add current shipping costs of 1-1.25 mile and out of state registration and title transfer fees, I expect this super clean example will sell to a fairly local bidder. All said and done, she is a beauty and I'd love to add it to my family's stable of 4 daily driver 00-02 430 benzes!
