I seldom take the time to comment on other seller's cars, and NEVER make it a past time to look at car that is up on auction and nit pick glaring cosmetic and potential mechanical issues. I will give a positive comment on a vehicle that shows that it was brought to market standing tall. As a reseller myself, its so easy to see when a "farm fresh" car was brought to market with a quick detail and maybe an oil change by a turn and burn flipper. Love all the well highlighted condition clues such as the overall condition of this interior and the condition of those beautiful AMG polished lipped 5 spokes wrapped in new Pilot Sports. This looks like a very nice example brought to market standing tall. Best of luck !!!February 19th, 2025 at 2:08pm EST$21,750 bid placed by @1976w123February 19th, 2025 at 1:42pm EST500bnz (4) Seller 0@GoBoGo Great observation i wanted to offer the closest thing possible to perfection. the glass had a tiny rock chip in one of the lenses so both were replaced with new ones. Thank you Looking forward to see who ends up with it. February 19th, 2025 at 1:26pm ESTGoBoGo (102) 1My random observation is that the headlight glass was replaced. Is that important or critical to the sale? Nope! Who knows what they looked like before, but THAT'S attention to detail IMHO. Too often you'll see auctions with a random $100 part (or cheaper!) that is not fixed/replaced and it just makes you wonder... This R129? Not so much; looks like a perfect example and those headlights look spectacular (as does the rest of the car)! GLWTA, I think this will jump quite a bit over the next 3 hours! Looking forward to seeing how it plays out.February 19th, 2025 at 10:56am ESTdean_Laumbach (151) 1This one checks all the boxes. Will be interesting to watch !!! Best of luck !!! DeanFebruary 19th, 2025 at 5:51am EST500bnz (4) Seller 0Hello everyone! The final hours are here! I am personally excited to see who takes home this stunning low mileage SL500. This car has been maintained and thoroughly inspected to ensure it’s as good as new. To the winning bidder, we’re happy to assist with temporary storage and help coordinate transport. As mentioned in the listing everything about this vehicle works with zero issues mechanically/electronically all the bells and whistles are operating as they should. (OEM hardtop stand is included with this listing.) Driving this machine brings you back to a different era where vehicles were built with equal parts luxury, and performance. Best of luck to everyone bidding this classic is ready for its next owner!February 18th, 2025 at 5:51pm EST$21,500 bid placed by @Avetis626February 18th, 2025 at 4:43pm EST$17,750 bid placed by @MgraiderFebruary 18th, 2025 at 4:12pm EST$17,500 bid placed by @Louie1072February 18th, 2025 at 3:51pm EST$15,000 bid placed by @MgraiderFebruary 18th, 2025 at 12:51am EST$14,750 bid placed by @JrcbruinFebruary 18th, 2025 at 12:44am EST$14,500 bid placed by @BrenCarFebruary 17th, 2025 at 9:47pm EST$14,000 bid placed by @John997February 16th, 2025 at 7:20pm EST$13,750 bid placed by @deepgreenmachineFebruary 16th, 2025 at 2:50pm EST$13,500 bid placed by @JLew33February 14th, 2025 at 4:13pm EST$12,500 bid placed by @thetitanicissinkingFebruary 14th, 2025 at 10:10am EST$11,250 bid placed by @MgraiderFebruary 14th, 2025 at 9:32am EST$11,000 bid placed by @BenzfamFebruary 12th, 2025 at 10:30pm EST$10,000 bid placed by @M113guyFebruary 12th, 2025 at 9:42pm EST$5,250 bid placed by @RDARCYFebruary 12th, 2025 at 12:49pm EST$5,000 bid placed by @diamondmotorworkFebruary 12th, 2025 at 12:49pm EST$2,000 bid placed by @hhmiamiFebruary 11th, 2025 at 2:29pm EST$1,750 bid placed by @MBAddictFebruary 11th, 2025 at 12:35pm EST$1,500 bid placed by @LanEvo
