This 2002 Ford Excursion Limited is a largely original, unmodified example powered by the highly sought-after 7.3L Power Stroke diesel. It has 252,478 miles and is a 2WD model with the Limited trim, leather interior, automatic transmission, factory running boards, and tow package.

The truck has been used as a dependable driver rather than a show vehicle. The 7.3L starts, runs, and drives, and the truck remains a usable example of one of Ford’s last full-size body-on-frame SUVs built on the Super Duty platform.

The exterior shows the normal wear expected of a 24-year-old vehicle, including some oxidation and fading on the hood and roof and minor cosmetic damage. The interior is in generally good condition for its age and mileage, although the front seats have some tears. The factory 6-disc CD changer is the only non-functioning feature noted.

There is an engine oil leak that has not been diagnosed; it currently leaves approximately a quarter-sized spot overnight, and there is oil residue on the underside. The frame and undercarriage show normal surface rust for the vehicle’s age, with no obvious structural frame rust noted.
