KEY FACTS This TVR Tamora is an exciting and rare British open-top sports car, lauded by some as the best-handling TVR ever made. Powered by a naturally aspirated 3.6-litre straight-six engine, sending around 350bhp to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission. Performance statistics from TVR include 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds, and a top speed of approximately 175mph. First registered in October 2002, this example has been with the seller for over nine and a half years. The odometer shows a modest 35,558 miles from new. This Tamora is understood to be one of only 356 examples ever produced. EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES Finished in the vibrant shade of Red Bull Blue with a black soft-top roof, over a blue faux-leather and grey Alcantara-trimmed interior. It rides on a set of 18-inch seven-spoke alloy wheels finished in gunmetal, fitted with Toyo Proxes tyres. Equipment includes an easily removable targa top that can be stored in the boot, and a rear screen that folds down flat for a full convertible experience, as well as a Personal steering wheel, an aluminium gear knob and handbrake handle, a Pioneer stereo, a multi-CD changer, electric mirrors, and electric windows. The car is also fitted with the original TVR Meta alarm system as well as a Thatcham-approved Clifford Concept 650 alarm-immobiliser. Accompanied by the original TVR handbook, which includes a stamped service record, the original TVR toolkit, the Clifford alarm system handbook, key code cards, fusebox diagram, a spare wheel of the same pattern but slightly darker colour (no tyre), and various small spare parts, along with two keys.
