2003 Aston Martin DB7

Vehicle Description 2003 Aston Martin DB7 $34,900 2003 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Volante Few automobiles combine performance, craftsmanship, and timeless styling as successfully as the Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Volante. Offered here is an exceptionally attractive 2003 example finished in the rare and sophisticated factory combination of California Sage Green over Natural Tan leather, complemented by a rich Green Hartz cloth convertible top. With just 28,750 miles from new, this Aston Martin presents as a well-preserved #3-condition grand touring convertible that has clearly benefited from careful ownership. Purchased by its current owner approximately ten years ago as only the second owner from new, this DB7 has been enjoyed sparingly and maintained as a special-occasion automobile. It is accompanied by its original Aston Martin owner's books along with available service records. Power comes from Aston Martin's magnificent 5.9-liter naturally aspirated V12, an engine celebrated for its effortless power delivery, turbine-like smoothness, and unmistakable soundtrack. Unlike virtually any other grand touring car of its era, the V12 delivers a seamless surge of acceleration accompanied by a refined mechanical harmony that only twelve cylinders can produce. At highway speeds the engine is remarkably smooth, while firm yet compliant suspension tuning provides the secure, planted road manners for which Aston Martin has long been admired. Whether enjoying a warm summer evening or an open-air weekend tour through scenic countryside, the DB7 Vantage Volante offers an unforgettable driving experience. With the power convertible top lowered, the combination of handcrafted luxury, refined performance, and the unmistakable sound of Aston Martin's V12 creates an experience few automobiles can equal. Adding to this car's appeal is its rarity. During the 2003 model year, approximately 750 DB7s were produced for worldwide distribution, with only 323 examples built as Volante convertibles, making this a relatively uncommon Aston Martin that is becoming increasingly appreciated by collectors seeking modern hand-built British grand touring cars. This DB7 remains highly original in appearance and offers an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiast seeking an affordable entry into Aston Martin ownership. The current owner is reluctantly offering the car for sale only because progressive loss of eyesight has made it impossible for him to continue enjoying it. Beautifully styled, wonderfully engineered, and powered by one of the finest naturally aspirated V12 engines of its generation, this 2003 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Volante represents one of today's most compelling values in the exotic collector car market. Inspections are welcomed. VIN: SCFAB42333K403526 Asking: $34,900. Please visit www.classicauto-showplace.com for more pictures and info.
