Description
Offered in the U.S. market for the first time in 2004, the Porsche 911 GT3 was updated that year with 996.2 facelift headlights, revised bodywork, larger six-piston front brakes, and a more powerful 3.6-liter Mezger flat-six rated at 380 HP. This 2004 Porsche 911 GT3 is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over Black full leather and features a 6-speed manual transmission. It was optioned with the Xenon Headlamp Package, red instrument dials, and Guards Red seatbelts, along with Porsche Exclusive and Custom Tailoring appointments including deviated-color stitching throughout. Showing approximately 28k miles on the odometer, this GT3 is now being offered for auction in Maryland.
The 996 GT3 features a fixed rear wing, an aerodynamically optimized front fascia, and center-lock-style forged alloy wheels. This example is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic and was optioned with the Xenon Headlamp Package, with the wheels and mirror caps finished in red and a GT3 decal applied under current ownership. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report noting the issuance of a salvage title in 2005 and minor rear damage in September 2019.
The interior is trimmed in Black full leather. Custom Tailoring options include deviated-color stitching on the front seats, doors, and dashboard. Porsche Exclusive options include Porsche-crested headrests, Guards Red seatbelts, and metal door-sill model insignia. Additional options include red instrument dials, aluminum-look B-pillar belt outlets, a GT3-logo storage compartment lid, black floor mats with Porsche lettering, and automatic climate control. A Kenwood CarPlay head unit has been installed, and the seller states the dash and gauges function properly and present in excellent condition.
