2005 Chevrolet Corvette 2dr Convertible

Vehicle Description 2005 Chevrolet Corvette $29,500 The gloves came off in 2005-and this Chevrolet Corvette Convertible proves it. This is the first shot fired in the C6 era, where Chevy stopped playing nice and built a car that could run with exotics but still hit the grocery store without breaking a sweat. Built in Bowling Green, Kentucky, this drop-top ditched the sleepy pop-up headlights and came out swinging with a sharper, more aggressive look that actually matches what it can do. Under the hood sits the LS2-a 6.0L V8 that doesn't just make noise, it makes a statement. 400 horsepower. 400 lb-ft of torque. Drop your foot and you're staring down 0–60 in the mid-4s with the wind in your face and zero apologies. Backed by a Hydra-Matic 4L65-E automatic, it's smooth when you want it, savage when you don't. The engineering is where this thing separates itself. Lightweight, planted, and dialed in-thanks to the Corvette's signature transverse leaf spring setup paired with a fully independent double-wishbone suspension. The rear-mounted transaxle keeps the weight balanced, so whether you're carving corners or hammering straight lines, it feels tight, responsive, and ready. Visually, it's all muscle and motion. Staggered stance with 18s up front and fat 19s in the rear, wrapped in performance rubber that grips like it owes you money. Chrome wheels catch the light, but the real shine happens when it's moving. And when you're not pushing it? This thing cruises like a dream. 28 MPG on the highway and over 500 miles of range means you can run this car hard-or run it long. Top down. Foot down. No compromises. This isn't just a Corvette-it's where modern muscle grew up. Visit us at 5626 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO, 63116. For inquiries, call (515)-REVHEADS and ask for Damon.
