Vehicle Description 2005 Ford F-550 Skirted Flatbe $15,200 NOT FAST. NOT PERFECT. NOT AFRAID OF WORK.This 2005 Ford F-550 Lariat Crew Cab 4x4 is a local new-truck trade-in built for somebody who measures a truck by what it can pull—not how quietly it fits through the Starbucks drive-through.You are looking at a 17,950-pound GVWR bruiser with a 176-inch wheelbase, 60-inch cab-to-axle measurement, and a C&M steel skirted flatbed equipped with a gooseneck hitch. Lockable side compartments keep your chains, straps, tools, and equipment organized, while steel wheels with polished simulators give it the right heavy-truck look.Under the hood is the 6.0L Power Stroke producing 325 horsepower and 570 lb-ft of torque. It is deleted, tuned, and reportedly bulletproofed by S&K Diesel approximately 50,000 miles ago. An Edge tuner is installed with a mild tow tune, and this truck was used regularly to haul—not to sit around looking pretty. The door tag confirms axle code 8L: deep 4.88 limited-slip gearing. Translation? It will pull nearly anything you hook behind it, but this is not a highway race truck. It was geared to work, and that is exactly what it does.Inside, the Lariat Package gives you heated leather seating and power equipment. It also has an upgraded Alpine touchscreen radio with Bluetooth, navigation, and a backup camera. Working-man hardware outside with enough comfort inside to keep you from hating the ride home.- Local new-truck trade-in- Crew Cab Lariat- Four-wheel drive- 17,950-pound GVWR- 176-inch wheelbase- 60-inch cab-to-axle- C&M steel skirted flatbed- Gooseneck hitch- 6.0L Power Stroke diesel- Deleted and tuned- Reportedly bulletproofed by S&K Diesel- Edge tuner with mild tow tune- 4.88 limited-slip gearing- Heated leather seating- Alpine Bluetooth radio- Navigation and backup camera- Steel wheels with polished simulators- Pennsylvania safety inspection through May 2027Full disclosure: the body is not perfect, and some Western Pennsylvania wear is beginning to show.
