He is someone you want to buy a car from. This is a really nice example that drives extremely well and I'm so happy to have this on my profile. Happy bidding! Very informative and quick response. Will watch in the final hours and may bid, this came up at the last minute for me so we'll see. October 5th, 2026 at 10:20am EST$13,500 bid placed by @BigjaiOctober 5th, 2026 at 10:14am ESTStuttgart_Steel (492) Seller 2@elementex 1: Both were replaced with 2 struts, I know the invoice said 1 but there was 2. I can confirm both struts were new when we had it up in the air since I always check for air suspension issues since I've dealt with them on my personal cars in the past. The suspension works as designed and I show it raise and lower in my video and it firms up when you put it in "sport." These drive terribly when Airmatic has an issue and is immediately noticeable. 2: They were actually OEM rear airbags. The owner saw them because he had ordered the wrong bag and then the shop had to get them overnight for the Mercedes dealer. I made a mistake identifying them as Arnott since the dust covers looked just like an Arnott (the plastic has a particular look to them. Maybe Arnott uses OEM dust covers on their products?). I've had the car paarked and not started for a week here at the shop and it does not sag. Shows the valve body is also healthy. 3: We have no documentation but the owner has always use 93 octane, as you should with an M113. This was a verbal confirmation of the tune between the old owner and new owner at time of the sale. I can also confirm by just how quick the car feels as I've mostly driven stock E55s. The Eurocharge website for the stage 1 does not mention a specific octane usage for the tune. It seems it would be fine on 91. 4: The recent September invoices are in the gallery at the bottom. We have actually tripled checked the RMS repair since we did it since they can be fickle and it remains dry. We also had a third party PPI on the car from another bidder and the shop that did the inspection confirmed no oil leakage. 5: The owner backed into a concrete pylon in a parking garage, barely hitting it but knocked the bumper slightly off. The body shop reattached replacing the clips. No paintwork. Cost was under $275. 6: No intermittent faults. We filled the tank up and no smells. Fuel filter was replaced for maintenance reasons. We did scan the car with our MB diagnostic tool as part of our own in house PPI to make sure cars are Stuttgart Steel caliber and didn't see anything out of the ordinary or we would have flagged it.
