Included is the original exhaust system as well in case you don’t love the super sprints. Never had any issues being Texas Emissions Compliant. The downpipes would delete the cats. They are currently not installed.October 1st, 2026 at 10:53am ESTAlec56kg (0) 0Will this car pass a TX emissions test as it's set up currently?October 1st, 2026 at 10:50am EST$16,138 bid placed by @Alec56kgSeptember 30th, 2026 at 8:30pm ESTMBCollector84 (12) Seller 0@Alec56kg Howdy! Just plug and play. We have the original unit and it’s in good condition. Happy to post pics of it. To my knowledge the entire system is still stock otherwise.September 30th, 2026 at 6:09pm ESTAlec56kg (0) 0Can you provide some more details on the audio system? The listing mentions that the factory amplifier was bypassed when the Sony XAV-9000ES was installed. Were aftermarket amplifiers and/or speakers installed at the same time? If so, do you know the brands/models? Or are the factory speakers being powered directly by the Sony head unit?September 30th, 2026 at 4:49pm ESTKampion2025 (1) 0@MBCollector84 https://thembmarket.com/2006-mercedes-benz-s55-amg-3September 30th, 2026 at 12:42pm ESTMBCollector84 (12) Seller 0@300GWRO You can certainly call Ben’s Workshop. We certainly wanted to upgrade it with a renntech torque converter. Unfortunately it was unavailable. So we went with the best factory oe replacement we could find with a good warranty. MBZ themselves had concern drivetrain / tranny could handle the power/torque this engine produced. Any discussion with mechanic potential tranny "early demise" due to RENNTech tune (increased hp/torque) and is replacement unit stock or an enhanced version able to handle the additional stresses?
