This Impreza WRX STi Spec-C Type RA-R is one of only 300 examples produced. EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES The most extreme production version of the second-generation ‘GDB’ Impreza, the RA-R builds on the STi Spec C’s already impressive performance characteristics. Powered by the same 320hp turbocharged flat-four as the Japan-only STi S204, the Type RA-R featured thinner glass and metal, reduced soundproofing, no boot carpet, a lighter battery, a quicker steering rack, Brembo brakes, and enhanced suspension. This example is finished in the timeless shade of Pure White, over a black cloth and synthetic suede-trimmed interior, featuring pink embroidered STi logos on the front seat backs, and satin-silver and satin gunmetal-effect trim. It rides on a set of 18-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels finished in gloss-white, framing silver STi-branded brake callipers, and fitted with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx tyres. Equipped includes xenon headlights, a rally-style roof ventilation flap, a low-level rear spoiler, the Driver Controlled Central Differential (DCCD), automatic air conditioning, an upper dashboard-mounted gauge cluster with STi Genome oil pressure, oil temperature, and boost pressure gauges, and an intercooler water sprayer.
