2007 Ford E-250

Description2007 Ford Econoline E-250 Cargo Van – Quigley 4x4 Conversion – 116,000 Miles – Fully Outfitted Commercial Interior – Overland/Camper Ready Extremely hard-to-find 2007 Ford Econoline E-250 cargo van professionally converted to 4-wheel drive, showing only 116,000 miles. This is a unique combination of the heavy-duty E-250 platform, true four-wheel-drive capability, massive enclosed cargo space, and an already outfitted commercial interior. It runs and drives excellent and is ready to be put to work or transformed into an incredible adventure/overland camper. The photos clearly show this is much more than a standard Econoline. The 4x4 conversion includes a solid front drive axle, front differential, transfer case and driveshaft, along with a manually controlled transfer-case shifter inside the cab offering 2H, 4H, Neutral and 4L. That means you have both four-wheel-drive high range and low-range 4x4, a major advantage for snow, rough roads, job sites, forest roads and overland travel. The underside appears remarkably clean for its age, with the frame, axles, suspension and drivetrain all presenting well in the photos. The van rides on heavy-duty steel wheels with a full-size spare mounted underneath. The cargo area is already extensively outfitted with Weather Guard commercial shelving and storage systems on both sides, including multiple open storage compartments, parts bins and pull-out drawers. There is still a large center aisle for tools, equipment and materials. This setup could save a contractor thousands of dollars compared with starting with an empty van and outfitting it from scratch. Up top is an extensive commercial aluminum ladder/utility rack system, providing additional carrying capacity for ladders, conduit, pipe and other long materials. The van also features side running boards, large towing-style mirrors, rear cargo doors with glass, side cargo access, and a rear receiver hitch. Ford offered the 2007 E-250 with both 4.6L and optional 5.4L V8 gasoline engines, so the exact engine should be confirmed from the VIN/emissions label rather than guessed from these photos. Factory E-250s were rear-wheel drive, making the 4x4 system on this vehicle a conversion rather than a standard Ford drivetrain configuration. Depending on original engine and configuration, Ford rated 2007 E-250 models at approximately 8,900–9,000 lbs GVWR. Highlights include: * 2007 Ford Econoline E-250 heavy-duty cargo van * Only 116,000 miles * 4x4 conversion * Solid front drive axle * Transfer case with 2H / 4H / Neutral / 4L * Low-range four-wheel drive * Automatic transmission * Heavy-duty E-250 chassis * Extremely clean-looking undercarriage * Weather Guard commercial shelving * Multiple parts/storage bins and drawers * Large usable center cargo area * Aluminum commercial ladder/utility rack * Side running boards * Large extended mirrors * Rear receiver hitch * Full-size spare * Rear cargo doors with windows * Runs and drives excellent The E-Series has long been popular as a commercial platform because of its straightforward heavy-duty construction and enormous usable cargo area. A standard 2007 E-250 was available with a 4.6L V8 or optional 5.4L V8 and a four-speed automatic transmission. Adding a true 4x4 conversion makes this example considerably more versatile for anyone who needs to get equipment—or themselves—well beyond paved roads.
