Vehicle Description 2007 Ford Mustang $34,900 2007 Ford Mustang Shelby GT Premium- Only 3,694 Miles- Black Exterior - Charcoal Interior- 4.6L V8- 5 Speed Manual TransmissionOffered here is an exceptional 2007 Ford Mustang Shelby GT Premium, one of the special Shelby-modified Mustangs produced through a collaboration between Ford and Shelby Automobiles in Las Vegas. Finished in Black Clearcoat over a Dark Charcoal Leather interior, this Shelby GT combines the timeless styling of the S197 Mustang with factory-backed Shelby performance upgrades that transformed the already capable Mustang GT into a true modern muscle car. As documented by the original window sticker and Shelby package documentation, this example carries Shelby CSM Number 07SGT4748 and was shipped directly to Shelby Automobiles for conversion.Power comes from Ford's proven 4.6L 3-Valve V8 paired with a desirable 5-speed manual transmission. Shelby's performance enhancements included the Ford Racing Power Upgrade Package featuring a 90mm cold air intake, performance mufflers, Pro-Cal performance calibration, and a performance X-pipe exhaust system. The result is improved throttle response, a more aggressive exhaust note, and the kind of engaging driving experience enthusiasts expect from a Shelby-badged vehicle. A Hurst short-throw shifter further sharpens the driving experience, while the factory-installed 3.55 limited-slip rear axle helps put power to the pavement.Handling was significantly upgraded through Shelby's Ford Racing Handling Package, which added performance dampers, lowering springs, front and rear sway bars, and a strut tower brace. These enhancements transformed the Mustang's road manners, providing flatter cornering and increased driver confidence. The package was complemented by the GT Appearance Package, which included side scoops, revised front and rear fascias, and 18-inch premium aluminum wheels.Distinctive Shelby styling cues set this car apart from an ordinary Mustang GT. Features include the functional hood scoop, racing-style hood pin kit, billet grille insert with Mustang pony emblem, Shelby trunk lid lettering, "Powered by Ford" fender badges, aluminum engine plaque with Shelby serial numbering, Shelby GT aluminum door sill plates, custom floor mats, and silver racing stripes. Together, these elements create a car that is instantly recognizable as one of Shelby's limited-production creations.According to the original window sticker, the car was originally ordered as a Mustang GT Premium Coupe and equipped with the Interior Upgrade Package, satin aluminum interior trim, and active anti-theft system. The Shelby conversion brought the total MSRP to $30,220, making it a unique factory-authorized performance package that bridged the gap between the standard Mustang GT and the legendary GT500.With its documented Shelby pedigree, desirable manual transmission, original Shelby documentation, and unmistakable black-on-charcoal color combination, this 2007 Shelby GT Premium represents a fantastic opportunity to own one of the most collectible modern Shelby Mustangs. Blending everyday drivability with authentic Shelby performance and exclusivity, it remains a standout example of Carroll Shelby's enduring influence on the Ford Mustang legacy.
