Build year: 2008 EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES The Ducati Desmosedici RR is described as “a MotoGP race bike with lights”. It shares the chassis, bodywork, and powertrain of the competition motorcycle. As standard, it features a host of exotic components, including a carbon-fibre fairing, titanium and magnesium engine components, Öhlins suspension, Brembo brakes, and the same LCD display as is used on the MotoGP original. This example is finished in a quintessential shade of red with contrasting white rear cowl accents, carbon-fibre trim components, and a black fabric seat pad. It has been fitted with a set of 17-inch Marchesini forged magnesium alloy wheels, which the seller notes is a Ducati suggested workaround for difficult-to-source tyres for the original 16-inch wheels.
